Linnéa Jonsson
A Stockholm based artist with a craft perspective and a special interest in the everyday and its choreography.
My work revolves around routine-like interactions with everyday objects, the power play between body and object through perceptive and intuitive reactions and the correlation between them.
Born 1986 in Delsbo, Hälsingland I now live and work out of Stockholm where I took my BA degree in fine art at Konstfack University.
I'm intrigued by the well known, by the things we stopped seeing. I'm intrigued by how we make culture and what that makes of us.
Through situations of the everyday I play with objects and body to find new ways of seeing the blindingly obvious. With my work I'd like to trigger the consious and subconscious of our everyday life.
