Break in Time

A video work based on the community of Eyrarbakki in Iceland during the Saga Recidency in Febuary 2020.

Our methods were impact driven and  surrounding our theme ‘DOING TIME’. We visited and engaged with the community and had conversations revolvning the theme. Me and my co-creator decided to do a film based on our conversations with the prisoners at Lithla Hreun, the biggest prison on Iceland which is located in Eyrarbakki,  and the kids at the local highscool.

The film is the outcome.
